Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Washington State University Ski & Equipment Swap. We are currently taking registrations for the 2007 Swap. Click here to register on-line.
FEES
Vendors will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 plus 12% of all sales. For those who do not wish to pay the $50.00 flat rate, a fee of $0.75 per saleable item plus 16% of gross revenue will be charged. University Recreation will handle all sales tax issues and remit tax to the State of Washington. Sales tax will be charged to the customer in addition to the marked price; this is included in the 12% fee. Checks will be issued during the event takedown.
For-profit organizations not selling product may reserve table space for $100 per table. Non-profit organizations may reserve table space at $25 per table. Registration and/or table fees may be substituted, at our discretion, for an equivalent amount of product to be used for raffle prizes.
RESTRICTIONS
The organizers reserve the right to refuse any equipment for sale that is obviously damaged or in an unsafe condition. We follow DIN standards as to non-indemnified bindings and boots, which are made of low-grade thermoplastics. Non-indemnified items will be refused. All other skis, boots, poles, accessories, clothing, general outdoor recreational equipment and sporting goods in good working order are acceptable for sale items. Vendors assume responsibility for condition and safety of items supplied. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
